Geometry Station

Rachel Turney

I took "Geometry Station" at Newmarket Station in Auckland, New Zealand. Newmarket is one of the busiest stations in the country. These geometric shapes are actually part of a larger light installation that is supposed to create a calm atmosphere for commuters. It's interesting to think about the intersection of math, shapes, and lighting as part of our everyday lives.
